Balkan Abundance

Abundance co-director Keir Milburn presented the work of Abundance at the annual gathering of the growing Balkan municipalist movement. There were around 150 attendees at the event in Serbia, organised by the Serbian group Ministry of Space, drawn primarily from around ex-Yugoslavian countries, along with Bulgaria, Romania, and Hungary. Municipalism is currently a strong movement in the region, with the Zagreb is Ours party in power in Zagreb, Croatia, and with other municipalist parties growing in strength in many other cities. There was a lot of interest in the possibilities of applying Public-Common Partnership strategies to the region.
